This is the product page for Doctor Isotope's GearSwitchers.  The Default GearSwitcher has a 50% throw reduction and a 1.5" height reduction compared to stock.  It's also 15% shorter than a TWM Stage 2.  Packages range from just a shifter with cage bushings, all the way to a shifter mounted in the cage with full solid bushings and a shift knob.  You can read more about them in the product descriptions below.

After ordering, please contact me via e-mail to let me know your desired height reduction (all packages) and your shift knob choice (Ultimate and Extreme only).

 

Please Note:

Buyers have 30 days from receipt of shifter to return the core for full core value fee refund;  cores received after 30 days are eligible for half of the core value fee, that is, $40 for assemblies and $20 for shafts.

    This includes a 50% throw reduction shifter, new crosspin washer, shifter cage riser bushings, and longer bolts for the shifter cage. The cage bushings are solid delrin, which greatly improves shifter feel, and raise the shifter cage 0.6", reducing shift effort.  Click the link below and process payment for $120 through Paypal (includes $40 core fee), we'll send you a GearSwitcher, ready to install.  After installing the shortened shifter, mail us your stock shifter, and we'll return the $40 core fee to your Paypal.
